Refund & Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Journey 360. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to COVID 19, we are not accepting returns.

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed on a case by case basis. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will have to submit pictures of your item in it's original packaging along with a reason for refund to our office. Once we receive pictures of your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after evaluating the issue. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. *Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Shipping

  • Items are shipped via USPS. 

  • 1-2 days Priority Mail or Next Day Express Mail

  • Shipping ranges between $7.50-$26.00 depending on weight and your delivery time preference.

  • Tracking is information is sent via email once your order is fulfilled.
